To join the Rangers…

Registration for our before & after school sessions and holiday club activities couldn’t be easier.  Families can book, manage and pay for everything in one easy-to-use, secure place.  Our iPAL online booking and payment platform that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; this gives families the flexibility to book and amend sessions at a time that suits them.  Bookings can be made anytime upto 12noon before the start of each session, amendments and cancellations can be made with as little as 7 days notice.

Fees 2019/20

• Before School £8.50
• After School £16.00
• Combined Sessions *£22.50 

*Please note that before and after school fees differ if both sessions are booked on the same day, a discounted rate is available for this. 

How to register

Registering with iPAL is easy. Register in 4 simple steps.

Step 1. Visit www.incywincyslimited.schoolipal.co.uk then click ‘parent log in’ (top right)
Step 2. Click ‘Register for children’s booking’, complete all sections of the new parent registration form and click register
Step 3. Once you have completed your registration you will then need to add your child or children
Step 4. After you have registered you can use your username and password to sign in

This process should take no longer than 5-10 minutes. For more information to guide you through the registration process and learn how to book, make payment and manage clubs there are helpful videos and information in the hints and tips tab.

Bookings 

All bookings are made via iPAL, sessions are booked and paid for in advance and can be made anytime up to 12noon before the start of a session.  Please note same day booking places are not guaranteed, availability is shown on the system. Parents or carers will not be charged for bank holidays or professional training days.
